1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all orders with Dogpride NL.


1.2 By placing an order you indicate that you agree with the terms of delivery and payment. Dogpride NL reserves the right to change its delivery and/or payment conditions after the term has expired.

2 Applicability of these conditions

2.1 These terms and conditions form part of all agreements and apply to all related (legal) acts of Dogpride NL and the customer.

 

3 Order

3.1 Orders can be placed via the website Dogpride NL.


3.2 There is no minimum order amount.


Dogpride NL has the right not to carry out orders without stating reasons or to attach conditions to them.


3.3 The agreement is concluded when Dogpride NL has processed your order.


4 Prices

4.1 The prices stated in the last published Internet page of Dogpride NL apply. We recommend that you consult the website for the most up-to-date price information.


4.2 As long as the agreement has not been concluded, Dogpride NL is authorized to change the prices stated on the website and the further conditions.


4.3 All prices include costs of packaging and VAT, excluding costs of transport, shipping, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing.


4.4 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typesetting errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors.


5 Delivery

5.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.


5.2 Dogpride NL ships in the Netherlands and abroad. All orders are delivered to the specified address. In the event of incorrectly specified address details, any new shipping costs will be charged to the customer.


The shipping and handling costs for an order are:


1. for domestic shipping up to 28 kilos € 8.99


2. For foreign shipments, we use the table list for shipping costs abroad


3. all other countries that are not on this list and weights will be discussed


5.3 The goods travel on your behalf and at your expense and risk.


5.4 The delivery time depends on the chosen product and payment method. From the moment the order has been paid, we aim to ship your order, if in stock, within 2 working days.


5.5 Despite all the care we take with orders, it is possible that an order is not delivered or is delivered incompletely. In that case, you can report this to us up to 14 days after your order and the delivery will be supplemented or redone at our expense.


5.6 The delivery times stated by Dogpride NL are only indicative. Exceeding any delivery term does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or to dissolve the agreement, unless the exceeding of the delivery term is such that you cannot reasonably be expected to maintain the agreement. In that case you are entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement insofar as this is necessary.


6 Payment

You choose the payment method yourself in the order procedure of our shop.


7 Retention of Title

7.1 Delivered items remain the property of Dogpride NL until you have fulfilled all your (payment) obligations.


8 Not good, Money Back Guarantee

8.1 If the ordered products do not meet your expectations or you have ordered the wrong product, you can, after written (email) consultation, return the products within 14 days in the original packaging, clean and unused and with sufficient postage (customer costs). to steer. Custom made items cannot be returned.


8.2 To provide clarity for our customer service, you must accompany the shipment with a copy of the invoice, your bank or giro number and the reason for the return.


8.3 Returning items is at your expense and risk. It is wise to request proof of postage for returns.


8.4 If your return shipment meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank or giro account within 5 working days. The shipping costs charged by Dogpride NL will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.


8.5 Despite the great care we take with your order, it is possible that you receive the wrong product. In that case you should always contact us by e-mail info@dogpride.nl or by telephone +31315-655930.


8.6 If the items delivered by Dogpride NL have not been returned within the “approval period” of 14 days, the items are considered to have been accepted by you without any objection.


9 Swap

9.1 Exchanging the ordered items is possible. You can return your order within 14 days under the conditions stated in Article 9. The article must be sent to us with sufficient postage. If you want to receive another item, please contact us by phone or email. After payment of the shipping costs and any additional payment, if the product is more expensive, Dogpride NL will send your package.


9.2 Custom ordered products cannot be returned or cancelled.


Return shipments from abroad.


The same conditions apply to returns from abroad. NB! Your return abroad can only be processed after consultation.


10 Warranty

10.1 The warranty includes manufacturing and/or material defects. Naturally, normal wear and tear of products is not covered by the warranty.


10.2 Warranty claims can only be submitted to dogpride.nl within 14 days after discovery of the defect in writing or by e-mail, with a short description and possibly a photo of the defect and a copy of the invoice.


10.3 This guarantee means that if the conditions set out in 11.1 and 11.2 are met, Dogpride NL will either repair or replace the item or reimburse the purchase price or part thereof (at Dogpride NL's option), without you having to pay the costs thereof. pay.


10.4 This guarantee does not apply if: you have made changes to the item or device; there are defects that have arisen due to incorrect or improper use, such as not observing the accompanying instructions for use, the defect is caused by intent or gross negligence, Dogpride NL has not been given the opportunity (in time) to investigate the complaint and possibly rectifying the defect.


11 Liability

11.1 The liability of Dogpride NL with regard to the sale and delivery of articles is expressly limited to the warranty arranged under 10.


11.2 Dogpride NL is not liable for the technical data provided by suppliers or producers and the unforeseeable and reasonably unverifiable poor quality of the products or the result thereof.


11.3 Any liability of Dogpride NL is limited to the amount of the invoice sent in this respect.


12 Change of general terms and conditions

The latest version or the version that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement always applies.


13 Disputes

13.1 Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.


13.2 Disputes will be resolved in mutual consultation as much as possible. If that turns out not to be possible, the Dutch court has jurisdiction.
