We recommend sliding a plastic bag over the sleeve before sliding the cover over the sleeve. This way the cover slides more easily.

In fact, if the cover doesn't stretch hard enough over the IPO sleeve, it will wear out much faster. That is why our covers are rather difficult to slide over the IPO sleeve.
