You can easily remove the braces and the padded higher back from the pants with a zipper. There are spacious pockets at the front: side pockets, two thigh pockets with a magnetic closure and one with a zipper. The trouser legs are adjustable with a zipper and a click strap. The fabric is reinforced at the bottom of the inside of the legs for rougher walks.
