The Lensolux Binoculars Grand Series Compact 8 x 56 ED+ are extremely robust and lightweight binoculars with excellent optical properties.
These binoculars are designed to withstand the most extreme situations and are therefore very suitable for hunting, sports, travel, birdwatching or for wildlife observation. The compactness is a big plus of these binoculars and is therefore easy to carry.
ED glass (Extra-low Dispersion Glass) is defined as a special fluoride-rich molten glass, from which the so-called “apochromatic lenses” are manufactured.
ED glass effectively compensates for color aberration. This effect contributes to images with excellent contrast and image resolution.
The result is highly detailed, true color and dimensional images.
Lensolux Grand Series binoculars offer another special feature that greatly enhances the quality of the lenses built, the “dielectric” coating of the BAK-4 prisms. This ensures that the light transmittance (light transmission) has increased significantly to about 93% and achieves an even higher resolution, color and sharpness. This additional and costly coating is the ED+.
With a large field of view of 130 m at a distance of 1,000 m, these Lensolux binoculars distinguish themselves from other wide-angle binoculars.
The slim design
supports the functionality and quality of the Lensolux Grand Series 8 x 56 ED+. The binoculars can be comfortably held in one hand and operated simultaneously.
The balanced center of gravity ensures a good hand position, allowing observation over a longer period of time without fatigue. Ergonomically shaped and a robust upholstery with anti-slip structure increase comfortable operation. Adjustable eyecups in 3 different positions for the right eye distance for each user. The body of the binoculars is made of a durable lightweight magnesium alloy and reduces the weight to approximately 998 grams.
The package includes a practical carrying strap and protective eyepiece and lens caps, which provide effective protection against water, dust and dirt. A sturdy bag with shoulder strap and a cleaning cloth for the lenses.
