The Wildwood GTX Women boots are a new version of our popular Wildwood boots for women, with an improved last, specially designed for the shape of women's feet, as well as reinforced stitching.
The boot is made of extremely durable Cordura. This has the advantage over leather that it dries very quickly and is highly breathable, also making this one of the lightest boots in our range.
They are extremely comfortable and have a medium-stiff sole that offers good support. The boots have a field-tested, waterproof GORE-TEX membrane and are designed and manufactured in Europe. We stand behind their quality.

As with all of our boots, we offer a two-year warranty that covers you in the unlikely event of a defect in material or workmanship in the boots.

The Wildwood GTX Women boots weigh only about 520g per boot making them some of the lightest in our range. They have a medium length shaft of 15 cm and a standard width last.
The boots are emphatically tailored to the shape of the female foot and are not just smaller versions of the men's model.
The Wildwood GTX Women boots feature a waterproof GORE-TEX Sierra membrane. During manufacture, all boot membranes are tested in a water bath to ensure they are waterproof.
We then perform a 30 minute centrifuge test on a sample of 5% from the total boot production, as an additional assurance that the membrane is of the highest possible quality.
The upper of the boot is made of extremely durable Cordura with leather reinforcements and the high-quality soles provide good grip.
The boots also have a shock-absorbing midsole, for long-distance walking comfort, even on very rough ground. They are reinforced with an extra robust material at the toe and heel, where the wear is usually the greatest.
