HARKILA Saxnäs GTX Women boots

The Saxnäs GTX Women boots are made of beautiful high quality leather. They are especially at home during trekking and hunting in the mountains and other rugged terrain.
Despite their leather construction, they are surprisingly light and extremely comfortable, with a stiff sole to provide the support you need on uneven terrain.
The boots have a field-tested, waterproof GORE-TEX membrane and are designed and manufactured in Europe. We stand behind their quality.

As with all of our boots, we offer a two-year warranty that covers you in the unlikely event of a defect in material or workmanship in the boots.

The Saxnäs GTX Women boots weigh only about 580 g per boot, despite their robust, hard-wearing leather construction.
They have a medium shaft of 15 cm and a last designed especially for women. The boots are emphatically tailored to the shape of the female foot and are not just smaller versions of the men's model.
The Saxnäs GTX Women boots feature a waterproof GORE-TEX Sierra membrane. During manufacture, all boot membranes are tested in a water bath to ensure they are waterproof.
We then perform a 30 minute centrifuge test on a sample of 5% from the total boot production, as an additional assurance that the membrane is of the highest possible quality.
The upper of the boot is made of nubuck leather and the soles are made of stiff Vibram®, for the support you need in the mountains and on rocky terrain.
The boots also have a shock-absorbing midsole, for long-distance walking comfort, even on very rough ground. They are reinforced with continuous edges of an extra robust material.
