HARKILA Metso Winter trousers

The Metso winter trousers are among the warmest and absolutely quietest trousers in our entire range. They are made from a breathable, water and dirt-repellent wool blend, with a thick, warm pure wool lining. This ensures exceptional comfort.
Even in extreme cold, making them an ideal choice for both standing and mobile hunting in the coldest months of the year.

The Metso Winter Pants are made from a wind-resistant felted wool fabric, 50% wool and 50% polyester, for both warmth and durability.
This dense wool blend is naturally water repellent, but has also been given an eco-friendly Bionic Finish® Eco treatment. This is to strengthen the natural water and dirt repellency of the wool.
Unlike many of our other trousers, the Metso Winter Trousers have no membrane. Instead, they have a thick 120 gram liner made from pure wool from the Lavalan company in Germany.
Lavalan wool comes from mulesing-free European sheep and is produced in Germany under strict traceability and animal welfare rules.

By having several layers of warm wool instead of a membrane, the trousers are very quiet and offer a number of advantages when the temperature drops.

Although the trousers are robust, wool is naturally temperature-regulating and breathable, guaranteeing great comfort even on the coldest days.
The Metso Winter Pants have a high waist and keep your waist covered when you sit, preventing heat loss from your lumbar region.

The pants have pre-shaped knees, with an extra layer of fabric. They also feature two open front pockets, a zipped pocket and a sewn cartridge holder on the right thigh, as well as two slanted zipped thigh pockets.
