The Forest Hunter Mid GTX boots are a pair of very durable, yet surprisingly light, high quality leather boots with reinforced stitching, excellent comfort and a medium stiff sole that offers good support.
The boots have a field-tested, waterproof GORE-TEX membrane and are designed and manufactured in Europe.

We stand behind their quality. As with all of our boots, we offer a two-year warranty that covers you in the unlikely event of a defect in materials or workmanship in the boots.

The Forest Hunter Mid GTX boots only weigh about 740g per boot, despite their leather construction. They have a medium shaft of 18 cm and a slightly wider last.
When designing the boot, we created extra space around the toes. This not only provides excellent comfort, but is also useful in cold weather, as you have more room for your toes to move, even when wearing thick, insulating socks.
The Forest Hunter Mid GTX boots have a waterproof GORE-TEX MS Advanced recycled membrane.
During manufacture, all boot membranes are tested in a water bath to ensure they are waterproof.
We then perform a 30 minute centrifuge test on a sample of 5% from the total boot production, as an additional assurance that the membrane is of the highest possible quality.
The upper of the boot is made of nubuck leather and the soles are made of semi-rigid Vibram®, which ensures good grip.
The boots also have a shock-absorbing midsole, for long-distance walking comfort, even on very rough ground. Although very durable, the boots have flex points on the forefoot and heel for exceptional walking comfort.
They are reinforced with an extra robust material at the toe and heel, where the wear is usually the greatest.
