Balance gels for balance, muscle strengthening, core training and rehabilitation

The balance hedgehogs have a diameter of 16 cm and a height of 9 cm. These can be used for balance training for dogs. The balance hedgehogs have sturdy studs on the top. The studs provide extra stimulation of the nerve endings and more grip.

The dog can start with 2 paws on 2 balance hedgehogs, and to make it more difficult with 4 paws on 4 balance hedgehogs. This strengthens the limbs, core muscles, improves balance and can be used in rehabilitation.

The degree of difficulty can be increased by turning the balance hedgehogs and placing the dog's feet on the flat (bottom) side (convex side down).

What is also a challenging exercise is to name what the dog is doing at the right time, so you can teach the dog the difference between front left, front right, back left and back right.
