Suitable for: Cat, Dog, Rodent, Horse, Pony, Bird Composition: Extracts of chaste tree (Agnus castus) and red coneflower (Echinacea purpurea).
Diluted extracts of silver cheese (Cimicifuga racemosa) and lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris). Alcohol 35% v/v.

Properties per ingredient: Chaste tree (Agnus castus) Vitex agnus castus (also called Monk's pepper) contains antioxidants and flavonoids and ensures balance in the endocrine system.
This special feature ensures a wide range of applications in bitches, cats and mares. Agnus castus helps with pre-cycle irritability and mood swings.
Purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) Echinacea purpurea is an immunostimulant for reduced resistance.
Spray silver cheese (Cimicifuga racemosa) a diluted extract of the spray silver cohosh is mainly used for a too long heat.
Lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) It is generally accepted that the high concentration of tannins (6-8%) is responsible for the astringent effect. The tannin content makes Alchemilla a suitable uterine tonic.
Dosage and Application:
Unless the doctor or therapist prescribes otherwise.
The optimal dose is 1 – 4 times a day:
- Horse 20 – 30 drops
- Dog 10 – 15 drops
- Cat 5 – 10 drops
20 drops = approx. 1ml.
If it is difficult in practice to administer this product several times a day, 1 time per day or 1 time per 2 days will suffice. Then give the maximum dose of one day. Even then, this product can be used effectively, but the reaction may take a little longer.
Administration
Give this product directly into the mouth or mouth with a plastic syringe, possibly diluted with a little water. Preferably not at the same time as a meal because the product works better when it is absorbed by the clean oral mucosa.
If an animal does not like the product, the drops can be given on a small piece of treat. If the cat does not accept the drops, put the drops on a warm spoon and let the alcohol evaporate from the product.
Then give it diluted with some water or milk with a syringe directly into the mouth. The drops can also be applied to the top of the paw, but check whether the cat licks the drops off the paw.
Advice for use
PUUR Utero is given when uterine contractions and expulsion of contents from the uterus is desired. To support and promote the birth, PUUR Utero can already be administered three times during childbirth with an interval of one hour.
If an afterbirth is left behind, also start administering during delivery, three times with an interval of 1 hour. After giving birth, it is recommended to administer PUUR Utero for three days to stimulate the clearing of the uterus.
Treatment duration
In an acute situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can vary from a few days to 3 weeks. If there is improvement, continue with the administration of this product for a few more days.
With prolonged discomfort, the effect is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks. Upon improvement, a maintenance dose can be used. This is usually half the dosage indicated on the packaging.
When dosing this product, carefully observe the reaction of the animal. A higher dose may be required in the beginning, this product can be safely given in a double dose. Reduce the dose gradually to the lowest possible dose.
This product can be given permanently. It is advisable to take a stop week after every 6 to 8 weeks. In this way, after the stop week, the 'stimulus' can be offered again. Resume the treatment immediately if there is reason to do so.
Save
Avoid direct sunlight and keep this product dry and at a temperature between 5-20C. Keep out of reach of children. The best before date is stated on the label and the box.
Synergy and combinations with other products
This product can be used without objection in combination with natural health products and regular medicines.
Contraindications
Not to be used during pregnancy.
Side effects
To date, side effects of this product have not been known or reported. With some dilutions and extracts, a short-term worsening can occur at the start of treatment. This means that the animal reacts to the product.
In the event of a serious increase in dosage, halve or temporarily stop and then slowly build up again.
Compound
A diluted extract of Pulstatilla, Secale cornutum, Sabine and a dilution of Sepia gruneris. Alcohol 55% v/v.
