The stab-resistant vest “Security Economic” is a multi-use vest that can be worn both under and over clothing. The vest is fully equipped with a 2.2 mm thick plastic harness that runs high into the shoulders. The Security Economic vest is equipped with two pockets with hard aluminum plates of 1.6 mm thick, which are K1 stab resistant against knives according to the German standard KDIW 2004 certified.

This is the lowest official certification against knives where the tip of a P1/B knife can penetrate the plate with a force of 15 joules up to a maximum of 10 mm and a force of 25 joules can penetrate the plate up to a maximum of 20 mm. This is a practical stab resistance against attacks with pocket knives or kitchen knives that protect the most vital organs around the heart region.

The stab-resistant vest Security Economic K1 is fully inserted into the Puma ™ reflective cover. Both parts cover or stab vest can be worn separately if necessary.

Due to the use of a plastic harness as stab resistance, this vest is also suitable for stopping thin needles or hypodermic needles. This is therefore an advantage for ambulance services.
