The Prong Collar is an extremely effective alternative to a slip chain for guiding your dog on walks and is ideal for owners of dogs that pull on the leash.

We strongly recommend that you use the collar wisely so as not to hurt your dog and if at any point you are in doubt, stop and consult a qualified trainer.
The prong collar is best used with a short leash to keep your dog close.
The assumption that this collar 'squeezes' when pressure is applied to the dog is not true. The linch strap does not pinch in a way that could cause injury.

Remember to NEVER slip these types of prong collars over your dog's head.

The linchpin should be applied so that the pins point inwards. The collar should be removed when the dog is off the leash and has room to run or play.
The prong collar is not a replacement for your dog's usual collar and can be used with almost any collar your dog wears on a daily basis.
Be sure to measure your dog's neck properly before fitting the collar. The prong strap can be very easily adjusted by adding or removing links.
