The Air Cushion is used as an aid in balance work. The cushion itself can function as a balance cushion or is fun to use in a course

The Air Cushion helps to work on body awareness and coordination. With a balance cushion on top or underneath, the balance work is made a bit more challenging.

In the photos we have used the Air Cushion as a place to do a lying exercise, as a stepping stone for the Peanut Ball and as part of a course. These are just a few examples. Much more can be done with it!

The Air Cushion is made of sturdy PVC and is filled with air and is available in 2 different heights.

• Available in 2 different heights:
  Yellow = L 100 cm x W 60 cm x H 10 cm or
  Blue = L 100 cm x W 60 cm x H 20 cm
• The amount of air can be varied. Little air makes for more challenge!
  The 20 cm high Air cushion wobbles more than the 10 cm.
