Balance training can help dogs with their body awareness (proprioception) and confidence as they learn to cope with changing and unstable environments.

Regular training on the balance trainer is a good way to improve and maintain healthy and strong joints, strength, core muscles and mobility.

Puppies can start balance training early. The balance trainer can also be used for rehabilitation, such as weight bearing or muscle strengthening of limbs.
