Ray Allen Nomad Patrol Combo Harness™ w/ Metal Cobra Buckles is a professional tactical dog harness designed for strength, control and versatility during demanding K9 operations.

Developed for police K9 units, military working dogs and specialist handlers, this complete harness combines the Nomad Harness Frame™ with the Nomad Patrol Body™ as part of Ray Allen’s Interchangeable Harness System™ (I.H.S.™).

Featuring four AustriAlpin Metal Cobra buckles, each individually rated to 2,500 lb (approximately 1,134 kg), the harness provides robust fastening hardware for professional applications.

Three integrated handles, two top-mounted V-rings and laser-cut MOLLE attachment areas provide practical handling and equipment customization options.

Its adjustable Y-shaped chest frame and breathable mesh construction help maintain comfort and freedom of movement during extended assignments.

Why Choose the Ray Allen Nomad Patrol Combo Harness™?

Professional K9 handlers require equipment that combines reliable control, comfortable fitting and Metal Cobra Buckles

The Ray Allen Nomad Patrol Combo Harness™ features four AustriAlpin Metal Cobra buckles designed for secure fastening during demanding operations.

Each buckle carries an individual manufacturer-stated load-test rating of 2,500 lb (approximately 1,134 kg).

The four-buckle configuration allows efficient fitting and removal while maintaining secure fastening around the dog’s body.

Compared with the GT Cobra version, which features polymer buckles individually rated to 500 lb, this configuration provides higher-rated metal fastening hardware.

Important: Individual buckle ratings do not represent the certified load capacity of the complete harness assembly.

Three Integrated Handles for Professional K9 Control

The harness incorporates three strategically positioned handles for practical control and assisted movement.

Two horizontal handles provide grip points for positioning and handling, while the central vertical suitcase-style handle offers an additional option for close control.

These handles are useful during:

Police and military K9 deployments

Vehicle loading and
