Featuring laser-cut MOLLE attachment points and VELCRO® identification panels, the Patrol Body allows handlers to configure their dog’s equipment according to specific mission requirements.

Unlike a complete harness, the Patrol Body is a removable outer component that attaches to a compatible Nomad Harness Frame. This modular construction allows handlers to change the harness configuration without replacing the entire system.

Designed for police K9 units, military working dogs and professional security teams, the Nomad Patrol Body combines functionality, flexibility and durable construction.

Why Choose the Ray Allen Nomad Patrol Body™?

The Ray Allen Nomad Patrol Body™ offers practical advantages for professional K9 handlers who need adaptable equipment.

Key features include:

These features make the Patrol Body a practical accessory for handlers who want to adapt their existing harness to changing operational requirements.

The Ray Allen Nomad Patrol Body™ features laser-cut MOLLE attachment areas based on the PALS system, providing additional mounting options for compatible tactical equipment.

MOLLE allows handlers to organize selected accessories according to the dog’s assignment, without requiring a completely different harness.

Compatible accessories may include:

This flexibility is particularly useful for professional K9 teams that operate in different environments and require adaptable equipment configurations.

When attaching accessories, handlers should consider equipment weight, positioning and the dog’s freedom of movement.

Clear identification is important for police dogs, military working dogs and professional service animals.

The Nomad Patrol Body™ incorporates VELCRO® panels along both sides, allowing handlers to attach identification patches, department insignia and other compatible hook-and-loop accessories.

Depending on operational requirements, these panels can display:

The interchangeable panel system makes it easy to update identification without replacing the Patrol Body.

This provides a convenient solution for handlers who need clear and adaptable identification during training, patrol or deployment.

The Ray Allen Nomad Patrol Body™ is specifically designed for Ray Allen’s modular Nomad Interchangeable Harness System™.

The system allows handlers to retain their existing harness frame while exchanging compatible body components for different operational requirements.

The Patrol Body attaches around the Nomad Harness Frame using designated attachment slots and hook-and-loop connections.

It is compatible with:

Other components within the Nomad system include the Woobie Jacket™, Skid Plate Body™, Swiss Seat™ and Ballistic Body™.

Each accessory serves a different purpose, allowing handlers to configure their equipment according to the assignment.

The Patrol Body itself is not a complete harness and does not include the underlying frame, buckles or integrated handling hardware.

The Ray Allen Nomad Patrol Body™ is suitable for working-dog teams requiring identification and modular equipment attachment.

Typical applications include:

Its removable design allows the same compatible Nomad Harness Frame to be adapted for different duties while retaining familiar handling and leash attachment points.

This is particularly useful for teams that require multiple equipment configurations throughout their working schedule.

Professional K9 equipment must withstand regular use in demanding environments.

The Nomad Patrol Body™ incorporates durable Mil-Spec webbing, laser-cut MOLLE attachment areas and VELCRO® panels designed for repeated accessory changes.

Its modular construction allows handlers to remove or exchange the body while retaining the underlying Nomad Harness Frame.

The design provides an organized surface for identification and accessories without permanently modifying the primary harness.

Manufactured in the USA, the Patrol Body reflects Ray Allen’s focus on practical equipment for professional working dogs.

The Ray Allen Nomad Patrol Body™ requires a compatible Nomad Harness Frame for installation and use.

It is not a standalone dog harness and does not provide independent leash attachment, lifting or suspension functionality.

Handles, V-rings and Cobra buckles belong to the compatible harness frame rather than the Patrol Body itself.

Always ensure that the accessory is correctly installed and that any attached equipment does not interfere with the dog’s movement or comfort.

Inspect the Patrol Body regularly for damaged webbing, loose stitching and wear around MOLLE attachment points.

Remove dirt and debris after demanding operations, clean according to the manufacturer’s instructions and allow the material to dry thoroughly before storage.

Check VELCRO® panels periodically to maintain reliable attachment of identification patches and accessories.

The Ray Allen Nomad Patrol Body™ is a practical upgrade for professional K9 handlers who want greater flexibility from their existing Nomad Harness System.

With its laser-cut MOLLE attachment areas, VELCRO® identification panels and interchangeable construction, it provides a versatile solution for patrol, security and specialist working-dog applications.

At Dogpride NL, we offer professional K9 equipment designed to meet the demands of police, military and specialist handlers.

Upgrade your Nomad Harness with the Ray Allen Nomad Patrol Body™ for flexible identification, modular accessory attachment and professional
