If the ordered products do not meet your expectations or you have ordered the wrong product, you can, after written (email) consultation, return the products within 14 days in the original packaging, clean and unused and with sufficient postage (customer costs) . Custom made items cannot be returned.<\/li>\n
  2. To provide clarity for our customer service, you must accompany the shipment with a copy of the invoice, your bank or giro number and the reason for the return.<\/li>\n
  3. Returning items is at your expense and risk. It is wise to request proof of postage for returns.<\/li>\n
  4. If your return shipment meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank or giro account within 5 working days. The shipping costs charged by Dogpride NL will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.<\/li>\n
  5. Despite the great care we take with your order, it is possible that you receive the wrong product. In that case you should always contact us by e-mail info@dogpride.nl or by telephone +31315-655930.<\/li>\n
  6. If the items delivered by Dogpride NL have not been returned within the "approval period" of 14 days, the items are considered to have been accepted by you without any objection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
